🚀 Phase 1: Infrastructure & Core (Winter 2025/2026)

• Independent VeloxOS Repositories: Hosting and curating our own packages.
• PGP Key & Signature Integration: Secure, signed repository updates.
• Internal Mirror & Staging System: Dedicated Testing-to-Stable pipeline for maximum reliability.
• CachyOS Repo Integration: Automated sync for optimized x86_64-v3/v4 packages.

🎨 Phase 2: The Identity (Spring 2026)

• Custom Grub Theme: Brand new boot experience.
• VeloxOS Desktop Environment: First layout implementations.
• Custom Calamares Installer & Branding: Tailored installation process.
• Milestone: First Public Technical Preview (ISO)

🛠 Phase 3: The Optimization (Summer 2026)

• Automated zRAM & Performance Tuning: Out-of-the-box system snappiness.
• Advanced Update-Governance: Finalizing the automated staging scripts.
• Milestone: First Stable Release Candidate
